Your requested time is reserved for you as soon as you submit, and we confirm each booking personally. You'll receive a confirmation email with the studio address and arrival details once it's confirmed.

No. You can book as a guest — we'll email you a private link to view, reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Yes — a $30 deposit secures your booking and is paid securely online by card when you book (if your service is under $30, you pay the full price). Your deposit comes off the price of your appointment. You can pay the rest at the end of your appointment by PayID or cash, or by card using the link we email you afterwards.

Longer hair takes more time and product, so some services have a set price for each hair length. Choose your length when you book and you'll see the exact price before you confirm.

Use the link in your booking email to cancel or move your appointment online, at least 48 hours beforehand. If you cancel in time, your deposit is refunded in full automatically. With less than 48 hours' notice, please contact us — late cancellations and no-shows aren't eligible for a deposit refund.

E.V Hair Studio is a private home studio on the Gold Coast. For privacy, the full address is shared in your confirmation email.

Parking instructions are included in your confirmation email.

Please arrive at your appointment time — as it's a home studio, there isn't a waiting area. If you're running late, let us know by phone or message.
