Booking terms

1. Requests and confirmation. Submitting a booking request reserves the requested time while we review it. Your appointment is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
2. Prices. Prices shown online are in Australian dollars and are set prices. Where a service is priced by hair length, the price for your length is shown before you book.
3. Deposit. A $30 deposit is required to book and is paid securely online by card when you book. If your service costs less than $30, the full price is paid when you book. Your deposit comes off the price of your appointment.
4. Remaining balance. Pay the remaining balance at the end of your appointment by PayID or cash, or by card using the secure link we email you after your visit.
5. Card payments. Online card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
6. Arrival. Please arrive on time. The studio address and arrival details are included in your confirmation email.
7. Health and sensitivities. Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities or previous reactions to hair products so we can keep your appointment safe. A skin or strand test may be required before some colour services.
8. Home studio. E.V Hair Studio operates from a private home. Please respect the neighbourhood and follow the parking instructions provided.
9. Cancellations. Our cancellation & rescheduling policy explains when your deposit is refunded.
10. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The version you accepted is recorded with your booking.
